Some things are just not fair
In my not-so-humble opinion, exercising should be like a word document. You should be able to save your progress at any point and return to it, at your convenience, to progress further. In such a document, words and paragraphs do not disappear as time passes, forcing you to cover the same ground again when you come back to write more.
The older 3 and I went out jogging again today for the first time in weeks. Ouch.

Amen and Amen. I am also going through re-entry.
I'm going to skip PE. I have a note from the doctor.
I haven't been to the gym since...well...I can't remember. It's not going to be pretty when I go back again.
What's not fair is slipping on ice at Lowe's and twisting your knee right before you were going to go running.
Unfortunately, I relate all too well.
I whole heartedly agree!!!!!!!!

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll add my amen to that. I have pretty much decided that I'll put off worrying about health and stuff until after I graduate :)
Also, I really like your use of the word "ooky" in the previous post. Crackin' me up!
Oh! I wholeheartedly agree! Sounds like I'm on the same track as you right now...trying to get back into that workout routine.
Ya, I'm still wanting to try the couch-to-5k thing (even have the website bookmarked!), but I'm waiting for the weather to be more hospitable. By which I mean 60 degrees in the morning... :)
Oh... say it ain't so...
I start C25K soon... am I gonna die?
Probably... probably gonna die... ::sigh:: oh well...
